Proven Experience. Uncompromising Integrity.

On January 11, 2018, I filed for the fourth time to be re-elected as District Judge for the 20th Judicial District of the State of Montana for Lake and Sanders Counties.  Having grown up here, it matters a great deal to me to continue to bring honesty, integrity, fairness, efficiency, respect for the law, compassion and most especially my experience to the Bench.

The voters have allowed me to serve Lake and Sanders Counties for the last 18 years as District Judge. Please join me in my efforts to keep justice fair and impartial.

CSKT DHRD CASA Swearing In Ceremony

Thursday morning I had the privilege of attending the swearing in of the first three trained volunteers to the CSKT DHRD CASA Program. It was an honor to watch Judge Pluff swear in volunteers, Nancy Dougherty, Darla Pearson and Jeanette Blythe as the final critical piece to complete the coverage for our area of the local CASA volunteer programs for the children of Lake and Sanders Counties and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Reservation.
